Proper maintenance will increase the lifespan and efficacy of a vacuum pump.  It’s recommended to inspect equipment annually to judge what maintenance needs to be performed. 

Filters should be replaced when discolored or saturated.  Inspect and replace the orange AC393 filters in the Fluid Trap and Hose kit or the black felt filters from inside of the Vacuum Pump regularly.  Replacement vacuum gauges are also available.

Hoses should be replaced if damaged or if they appear to become brittle.  The exhaust hose is 12 feet (3.6 meters) and the intake hose are is 10 feet (3 meters) long.  Both include connectors for the 800 Series Vacuum Pump Cabinet.
